What is the cancellation policy?
- * Cancellations made until October 31, 2026 are eligible for a 100% refund.
- * Cancellations made between November 1, 2026 and April 30, 2027 are eligible for a 50% refund.
- * Cancellations made between May 1, 2027 and August 31, 2027 are eligible for a 30% refund.
- * Cancellations made from September 1, 2027 onwards are not refundable.

Ticket transferIf you are unable to attend the MTP Summit, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost. Ticket transfers must be requested in writing and approved by the organizers before the event.
The original ticket holder is responsible for providing the new attendee’s details and ensuring they meet any applicable participation requirements.
Can I choose who to stay in the room with?
Yes. You are welcome to choose your roommate.
If you are attending on your own, our team will carefully match you with another participant. We have extensive experience in bringing together like-minded travelers from around the world and will do our best to ensure a comfortable stay.
Will prices be more discounted until the Summit?
Our ticket policy has always been fully transparent. Ticket prices and all pricing updates are clearly communicated on our website.
The Early Bird Tickets are limited and represent the best offer currently available. As the event approaches, ticket prices will not be lower than the Early Bird rate.
Is there a bulk ticket option?
Yes. You can purchase two tickets in a single booking if you are attending with your partner, spouse or a travel companion. Simply select the appropriate number of tickets during the registration process.
Can I buy an entry-only ticket and make other accommodation arrangements?
No, we do not offer entry-only or conference-only tickets. We offer tickets for the full Summit experience.
