I'm pleased to announce that the MTP Android app is now live on Google Play, and can be downloaded at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mosttraveledpeople.android.app . You can also search "MTP: The Extreme Travel Club".
For anyone who has been beta testing, the first release version is 1.2561 (you can see in 'About this app' in Google Play), so please be sure your app is updated to 1.2561 or higher before launching.
The Android app functionality is equivalent to the current version of the MTP iOS app. So for you Android afficionados, please download it and give it a whirl before heading out on your next post-lockdown trip!
Both the Android and iOS apps are geo-aware, meaning they work based off of your location, and can help direct you to the nearest MTP items around you (and check you in!). They also enable you to upload pics and posts on the go.
From now on, we expect upgrades in both the iOS and Android apps to happen more or less in lockstep. We have already begun the design of the next major version!
