✈️ Big changes in airports in Europe
Attention travelers: big changes are coming for anyone planning a trip to Europe. Starting October 12, 2025, passport stamps will be replaced by a new digital system that records your entry and exit using fingerprints and facial scans. Soon after, most travelers who don’t need a visa today will also have to fill out an online application called ETIAS, pay about €7, and wait for approval that can take a few minutes, or in some cases, up to a month. The approval will last for three years or until your passport expires.
? Copenhagen is making it fun to be a green tourist
The program called CopenPay, gives rewards (like free museum tickets, kayak rides, or local snacks) when visitors do eco-friendly things like biking, taking the bus, or picking up trash, which has been influencing other touristy cities too. To participate, show proof of your green action (if asked) at a participating spot and claim your prize!
✈️?? Free flight tickets to Thailand
Thailand is launching a campaign to give away 200,000 free domestic flights to international visitors this autumn. ? The "Buy International, Free Thailand Domestic Flights" initiative aims to encourage tourists to explore beyond popular destinations like Bangkok and Phuket. Eligible travelers can claim a free round-trip flight within Thailand when booking international flights directly through participating airlines. ? The offer is available from September to November, subject to government approval.
