Hello Everyone,
Early Bird Pricing - We're getting incredible interest in The MTP Summit, (June 21-25, in Equatorial Guinea) and the Early Bird Pricing of $699 is about to run out on 1 April, when it will move to $875. Besides entrance to the premiere extreme travel conference of 2023, the price includes 4 nights in a 5-star hotel, 4 days and nights of top-notch food and beverage (besides alcohol), and ground transportation to/from Bata. Register now and take advantage of this truly amazing deal!
Domestic Flights Malabo-Bata - Most Summit attendees will arrive via Malabo (SSG) on Bioko Island, and will fly to Bata (BSG) to pick up transport to the Summit. Although there are at least 4 flights/day - morning and afternoon on both Cronos Airlines (C8), and CEIBA Airlines (C2), those are not easy - or maybe not even possible to purchase online. Also, prices will likely go up as the date approaches and the flights fill up. So we have organized a solution, and are assisting in the online purchase of round-trip tickets on Cronos for a fixed price of $275 (CEIBA tickets will not be available for purchase until a month before the event).
Here are the instructions to purchase tickets:
1. Purchase the flights along with your registration - on the Summit registration portal or via the QR code above (If you have already registered for the conference, then go back in, add the $275 flights, then set the conference quantity to zero).
2. Make a booking at https://m.cronosair.com/en/flights/. Go through and select your flights as if you were going to purchase (they will not take payment; it is impossible to purchase online). Cronos will send you a confirmation email with pdf attached.
3. Forward that email with pdf to malabo@milestravelworld.com and admin@mtp.travel.
4. Trusted local travel agent Miles Travel will issue the ticket, and send you an email with a similar Cronos pdf. That pdf will have your confirmation with a ticket number (This step may take a few days).
My New YouTube - Over the weekend, I did a LiveStream with Harry Mitsidis of NM, hosted by Ric Gazarian of Counting Countries. It runs about an hour on YouTube. If you want to hear some juicy details about our history, have a look!
Here's hoping to meet you at the Summit!
